Fastems CTS is an automated Central Tool Storage, CTS, which enables putting of all spare tools in a central magazine. Tools, their data and presetting data can be centrally managed. The system automates tool change to CNC machine tool magazines according to machining requrements. Tool data management and the central tool storage (CTS) that stores tools and transfers them to the machine tools as needed significantly reduces the number of tools needed for production and time needed to manage tools.
